Tiree Wave Classic Nominated for 'Best Sports Event'

We are excited and proud to announce that we have been nominated for the Best Sports Event award by the Highlands and Islands Tourism Awards 2015.Our Event has been running for a almost 30 years. In that time we have hosted a world cup event and have seen many surfers, windsurfers and tourists to the island.We are now pushing focus onto building the event and looking at the development of youth windsurfers in the UK.Tiree will be the training ground for the next generation of competitive wave sailors in the UK with the RYA Scotland youth camp!We are looking forward to the continued growth of the Tiree Wave Classic!
